Hi there! I’m a young Aussie lyricist, new to the marketplace, keen to link with other creatives songbay.co/artists/16509/ I started writing recently as a form of escapism after my Mum passed away, far too long before her time. My lyrics tend to tell short stories (inspired by Regina Spektor, Angus & Julia Stone…) and are often very heartfelt. I do love fun/carefree writing too and throw in humour and whit where I can (think Lily Allen or Katy Perry). I write mostly mainstream pop, contemporary folk and dance but my lyrics are versatile and dynamic so you could apply them to many styles really – country for example would be a good fit. Would love to hear from you/work with you and I am always open to feedback. Hope you are all having a blissful day
