I’m Jarek and I’ve been writing lyrics for the past 4-5 years for a band comprised of my friends and former schoolmates. I remember first visiting their jam session in their grandparents’ garage and them instantly going “ok, we have this melody, can you write something for us?” (I was the only english speaking member of the group). And I did, on the spot, and the song we wrote together that day eventually went on to become a studio recording:

At some point, me and the vocalist got together to write a song dedicated to our dads – we both had very damaged relationships with them – and the result ended up getting studio recorded as well:

Unfortunately, as of early this year the band no longer really exists. I have written just under a hundred lyrics for them, and the vast majority of them now does nothing but collect dust. So, I figured I’d try my luck out here. I’m aware my chances are slim to none, but it’s better than doing nothing at all. And if anyone would be interested in collabs, please do get in touch.
