Creative and versatile writer and composer with experience in both children’s and adult songs and poems. Musical & Creative History

1978 – Beginnings

Began writing original songs, composing melodies and penning lyrics while playing piano.

Developed foundational skills in harmony, song structure, chords and lyric craft.

Mid-1990s – Choral Works & Public Performance

Composed two children’s songs, and taught them to two children’s choirs.

These choirs performed the songs at the Sydney Town Hall as part of a larger choral presentation which included other childrens choirs.

Early 2000s – Focus on Children’s Songwriting

Increased composition of children’s music, writing songs with melody, lyrics, and piano chord accompaniment.

Maintained songwriting as a longtime hobby, continually creating and refining new works.

2010–2011 – Continued Expansion

Produced additional children’s songs, furthering experience in the genre.

Continued composing for children.

2024 – Present: AI-Assisted Music & Soundtracks

Transitioned into AI-assisted music creation, integrating technology into my songwriting process.

Began producing instrumental, soundtrack-style compositions, with a primary focus on cinematic pieces and mood-driven music.

To date, I have uploaded 286 music tracks (vocal and instrumental) to Pixabay under the name AiCanvas, available for free download.

Majority of tracks include vocals with original lyrics; some are instrumentas.

Many works are human-created (lyrics and musical structure), others are hy
ids where AI contributed ideas and lyrics. All but 1 song on Pixabay were AI assisted music pieces.

On Songbay, I now emphasize creating AI-assisted music soundtrack instrumentals, combining thematic intent with creative exploration.
