The powerful pen, that marks the words down.
The words flow together, in a smooth running sound.
But what do they mean, is yet to be seen.
It's up to the writer, and what he will bring.

The bridge of red, that I saw in my mind.
This living bridge, that had people inside.
It span across, a chasm so wide.
A bridge of life, to the other side.

Sad memories, can over run a heart,
If you don't let them go, before every new day starts.
Write them if you must, but keep them anchored down.
Your time is not over, until you can't make a sound.

Find yourself, and what you can be.
Open your eyes, you'll be able to see.
Adventures are calling, so lift up your head.
Each day of life is precious, so watch what is said.

The dreams that you have, hold on to them tight.
When your dreams get shattered, you'll fight for your life.
The reason to live, is in living each day,
Let your words paint a picture, to brighten up your way.
