I’ve lost my Twist, now I do Dubstep,
At ninety years old, I’m not done yet!
My shuffle's fire, knees crack like hell,
But rhythm grabs me in its spell.

My old lady says I’ve lost my mind,
But her tone gets softer when I grind.
At night I twist under moonlight beams,
She grabs her coat and leaves to my screams.

Neighbors think I’m haunted or cursed,
But baby, it’s rhythm – not my worst!
I crank the bass till dentures fall,
Still got moves to shock you all.

I TikTok daily with my cat,
She meows the beat – imagine that!
My pacemaker plays funky tunes,
I boogie hard on sunny noon.

I got kicked out of senior brunch,
For breakdancing through the fruit punch.
The doc said, “Stop,” but I said, “Nah!”
Then moonwalked out with a loud hurrah.

I floss and dab with grandkids’ style,
They call me “Lit Grandpa” all the while.
My wife's now hiding earplugs deep,
Cause my night moves don’t let her sleep.

She says, “You’re mad,” but I say, “Free!”
Then moon-kick dance to the nearest tree.
So if you see me shuffle past,
Don’t blink – old man’s dancing fast!
