[size=medium][font=Merriweather, serif]New theatre festival scheduled for Summer 2017 located just outside beautiful Woodstock, VT is seeking a Music Director for its production of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Jr.

Applicant should:
* Have experience working in children’s/educational theatre
* Have ability to collaborate with designers, directors and choreographers
* Possess strong keyboard/accompanying skills
* Ability to work well with singers
* Understanding of musical theatre repertoire
* Capable of running rehearsals with kids ranging age 6-16 years old

Other duties, including but not limited to:
* Attend all rehearsals
* Assist with pre and post setup for all music rehearsals
* Accompanying for various promo and off-site events
* Noting and maintaining show
* Attend all production meetings and note sessions
* Report directly to Artistic Director and Education Director

Must be eager to work in a fast-paced environment with theatre professionals, young artists and local children.
Rehearses days a week (off weekends). 

Show runs 08/11-08/13. Competitive weekly pay issued bi-weekly. Housing provided.

Requirements:
* Excellent personal, organizational, time management and communication skills
* The ability to work efficiently under pressure, and as a team player
* Driver’s License and own car preferred
* No pets
