I was born and raised in Clarendon, Texas, 60 miles south of Amarillo, Texas. I have been writing poetry since high school. I am very good with words and expressing my feelings and emotions. I won a lot of poetry contests in high school. Recently, I have been writing eulogies and poems for weddings. I have been writing lyrics for the last 20 years for a few local bands in my area. My peers seem to think my writings are good enough to sell and make some money. I like all genres of music. My early influences are AC/DC, Ozzy Osbourne, Boston, Styx, Journey, and Foreigner. I got into country western music after high school when I started going to night clubs where they played country western music. I like a lot of new age music, techno, vocal trance, and adult alternative music. I hope I can find somebody who would be interested in writing music to my lyrics. I would like to find a wider audience who likes my lyrics and poems.

i like to write poems and lyrics. I have been writing them for the past 40 years. I can be watching the news or driving down the street listening to the radio. All it takes is for me to hear a phrase or comment about almost anything and all of a sudden I get an idea to start writing something. I write a lot of poems and lyrics about all of my personal experiences I have had in my life including, love and romance, dealing with death and loss, peer pressure, and my personal relationships with family and friends.
