Life is a stage…
A Maze of trials or tribulation
Abomination I am in a daze!
Blast this change…another statistic I am so afraid!
A big haze that blinds my direction without connection.
Where to go, what to do…collision course out of the blue!
A spinning top that continues to drop trying trying trying...to reach for the top.
Life is a stage – break the pattern will you see Venus and Saturn?
The dark eclipse will blind the past…a destructive zone destroys your chance!
Open your eyes to the light – brace your stance - then ignite!
Strength untouchable; a driving force…divinity in motion straightens your course.
The stage is set
A curtain opens to a new life performance

Reality; can it be?
Floating so free…
A blinding fierce glow filled with energy so bright.
New strength; a surge – power to the light!
A lesson was learned; trepid steps lead to afterlife!

Approach the gateway door.
Effervescent feelins fear approach

Questions abound is this true?
I see all of you!
Angels steadfast point towards the latch…

Time slips – why were you not picked?
Never Selected – always rejected
Blink of an eye – how time flies like a shuddered clip
Dark to light brings back the night
A memory of bliss
Eclipse my heart;
I won’t fall apart!
Shadow reflection walks past, you hear that voice a sound so true
One that makes your heart turn blue
Pain and torment of long ago - shut your eyes
Blink and time flies by, each day leads a golden glow
Escape the wrath
Transformation done
Yesterday eyes opened to the sun,
The soul awakens unscathed reborn

Kitty Kincaid resides in Alaska. The long winters and crazy experiences she gets herself into generates a creative mind! 2016 was a year of poems and where they were coming from is unknown! Her mind was flooded with lyrics for music, so she quickly took to pen and paper to draft and document. Typically Kitty is a silk artist so this lyric writing is a big change in the creative department of her mind. Sometimes we just need to let the arts direct our new pattern in life.
I am a project person so that would be boring in the musical world! Music can be a project developed in phases yet it is one that I have never embarked or had the opportunity to participate in. I tend to track costs and plan projects which has very little to do with music. I dabble with playing the piano as it gives me personal enjoyment. This past year 2016 working in a Data Center my mind exploded with lyrics. This is my first attempt in the musical world as a lyricist.
