I'm a lyricist and musician living on the beautiful Isle of Wight, England.
I grew up on country music, although I have spent quite a few years as singer and bass guitarist in both rock and R & B bands.
I love telling short stories and the the way I love to do that is through the power of song. I gave up touring and singing some time ago and now concentrate entirely on writing.

Several of my songs have reached the semi-finals in UK songwriting contests, and one was a finalist in the American Song of the Year contest a few years ago.

My friend, Bob Bentley and I collaborated on a song titled "Can't Lose Those Memories", and I'm pleased to say it was the winner of the country category in the 2024 UK Songwriting Contest.
