She was a shy girl
From a small town,
With lovely eyes,
Dark brown.

She loved gardening,
Dancing and Kafka,
Reality shows and
Home-made pasta.

And then she moved to a big city,
Where things were not that easy.
She fell in love, got heartbroken
By all those men, oh, so well-spoken.

And after a few years
She felt she needed a change.
Perhaps more than a love and kiss
She needed a metamorphosis.

Wearing high heels and sexy tights.
She injected her lips,
Sucked out the tummy fat,
And got a few tips
After a very long chat
With a mob of surgeons
Who were experts
In metamorphosis.

Botox and body lift.
She got silicone breasts,
And you know about the rest.

She underwent a renaissance,
And never looked back, not even once.
The caterpillar had become a butterfly,
Was it true, or was it a lie?
What happened to that little miss
