5 years plus we meet on an app didn’t know what to expect, --- had a chat then we met some small gas station in a small little town. I placed you on the back, your hands on my side and off we went. Short ride was the plan, 6 hours later we were back. Stop for a drink or two next thing I knew I was kissing you. That short ride was more than just a ride. 6 months later we take a ride to Billy’s, steak for two, a Vodka cran for you and a vodka grape for me, next thing I know I am saying I love you, with a tear in your eye and a touch of your hand a kiss with a return of I love you to. That short ride was more than just a ride.

Couple years pass with a few on and offs, as we question this ride, is it those eyes, those lips or just the smile, can’t say no to that touch nor that feel. Is it lust or is it real, caution sometimes will still the wheel. That short ride was more than just a ride Now we approach 6 years, caution still appears, we have adjusted, adapted, forgiven and just let things pass, yet we are missing some gears, I go high and you go low, we just can’t find this next gear. Now we split paths. This has been more than a short ride. A ride that has changed my life a ride I can never forget. Hands on my side a touch of your lips and a look into your eyes.
