I wrote this lyric as a result of reflecting on the many acts of senseless violence that have been happening around the world and also in response to the adversities I've faced personally over the years and the ones my friends and family have had to endure. No matter how horrific the circumstances, humanity always rises to the occasion and comes to the side of the afflicted. Nothing can deter the human spirit and soul. The world needs a song like this to counteract the actions of those who harm others and to remind us all that no one has to feel alone in this world when they are going through a crisis or tragedy.
I have also composed music for this song and would like to partner with a musician/vocalist who is interested in working with me to produce it.
