Started as a poet,
Knew I could flow it,
Sprinkled it with feelings and knew I could grow it.
Finding the balance between love and hate.
Expressing my feelings looking to seal my fate.
My suppressed life can’t go on any longer,
I don’t regret it though it’s only made me stronger.
Living life based on another man’s view,
But fxxx it im kicking back, to myself I must be true.
It’s a sign of bad times when a conformed young man
Must rise to make rhymes to earn a living.
Looking for a way to support my own,
Before I get dragged back and overthrown from my life.
Bullies ready with their opinions and thoughts,
Hoping I can be taught, to keep quiet.
Hoping I can be brought to their way of thinking.
Doing nothing with my life but sniffing and drinking.
But I live my life with my soul,
Set myself no limits only goals.
My rhymes are hypnotic, better than any narcotic,
I don’t know what “it” is but I’ve got IT.
Ready to express my point of view making a better world
For me and for you.
Put an end to all the hurt you’ve been through
And smile.
