She Found Herself
				By Jerry E. Johnson
				Verse 1
(G for 8) She said I'm sorry, but I think it's time for (G7 for 4) me to be on my (C for 8) way,
yes I still (D) love you, but I can't go on like (C) this for one more (D) day,
I use to think that I knew everything, but now I'm not so sure,
because sometimes I don't even know myself anymore

Chorus
She said I need to find just what it is, I want to do with my life,
I need to find out who I am, to do the things I've never tried,
so I let her go, and asked the good Lord to keep her safe from harm,
then to my surprise she found herself, in someone else's arms

Verse 2
She said I need some time to think about all these problems in my life,
and I need some space to help me see these things in a different light,
I'm not sayin' that it's over, but I think it's time to see,
just what else is out there, waiting for you and me

Verse 3
Now we hardly ever talk at all, since she went away,
now that she is over me, I guess she don't have much to say,
I just hope she's doin' better, and I hope he treats her well,
and I pray someday my angel comes, to save me from this hell
