I may be the oldest "rookie" in the music industry, starting a career as a songwritter/lyricist at the age of 85. However, I have been doing some creative for years and have thought that some would make good songs if put to music. We will find out. A good example of this is the song "Back to the Land", I wrote the lyeics 10 years ago. The song tells the true storty (our story, my wife and me) of our attempt to be self-sufficient. The song "Tahawus" is also a true story of my hometown, a small mining town and it's demise.
