My Missing Part
The day will come and you will know,
You were my world, you were my dawn.
Maybe I never learned how to show,
That you’re the only love I belong to and call my own.

All I did was try to earn your love,
Now I’m drowning in my guilt.
Missing your smile, your infectious laugh,
Life without you shattered all I built.

We were young, chasing shadows in the sun,
So free, so naive, careless at worst.
Words were said, and what’s done is done,
Now we chase the love we lost.

Look what happened to us, where we are now,
Love isn’t easy — we learn as we grow.
Happiness comes when we allow,
The love in our hearts is a treasure to show.

Don’t fight it, let love be our guiding light,
We have been through enough pain and loss.
Let it lead us slowly through the night,
Don’t hold back — you know I’m all yours.

I know you’ve always been my missing part,
I feel it now with all my heart and soul.
You have been my destiny from the start,
Without you, I was never whole.
