Artist's Description
It's easy to look at the world and think that it's heading for hell!....But....look at nature and it reaches for light and life.....what if deep down we are the same? It's instinctive within us to look for the good things and to reach for the light that gives us life. The song is a positive reflection that states that we are drawn to the light.
Sometimes I look around and hope is hard to find
The way the world is today brings trouble to our minds
But then I see a smile or a simple act of kindness
It brings a spark of light
Of sight instead of blindness
Cos we're drawn to the light
Lay down our weapons and give up the fight
Yeah we're drawn to the light
Out of the darkness
We're drawn to the light
It isn't hard to find, love is always there
It's just the clouds of life that hide it in the air
But the light of the world stands proud upon a hill
We just have to raise our eyes
And let our hearts be filled
We're hard wired for love
Our instict tells us that this ain't enough
Yeah we're too tired of the fight
Out of the darkness, we surrender to the light
