a new beat
By creggy01
A new beat
The lights flicker the music starts
People standing there in the dark
Get on the dance floor the d.j says
Peoples body’s start to sway
They start jumping and having fun
A new rhythm has just begun
Around the world in every town
People dancing and getting down
Were gonna dance here on the floor
Were gonna dance forever more
In every house in every street
People dancing to a brand new beat
Mums and dads boys and girls
Ye everyone around the world
Listen now and hear it clear
A new sound you’ll want to hear
In every bar and all discos
Ye every where we ever go
People dancing in the street
Every one you see and meet
Were gonna dance here on the floor
Were gonna dance forever more
In every house in every street
People dancing to a brand new beat
Instrumental bridge
Were gonna dance here on the floor
Were gonna dance forever more
In every house in every street
People dancing to a brand new beat
Were gonna dance here on the floor
Were gonna dance forever more
