Mental health problems yes I do have,
Sit in silence unable to speak to my dad,
My dad passed away when I was young,
I don't want this same problem to happen to my daughters or son.

My illness I suffer from many symptoms,
Don't wanna talk to anyone cause they can only just listen,
Keep explaining the problems over again,
To the same people it gets very very annoying,
Boring also keep repeating myself,
It just makes it worse to my mental health.

There's no help out that can make me feel better,
With so many problems I can express in this letter,
I've worked all my life but now only get universal credit,
This doesn't even cover my rent or any direct debits,
Bills, phone calls, letters and emails are constant,
With no job, income or money I'd rather they'd forgotten,
Forgotten will not happen in the day and age,
Inside my system it causes outrage.

Don't want to talk to anyone or go outside,
It's nothing personal id just rather hide,
Hiding in silence is the only treatment for me,
A few weeks or 3 pass by and then I become me,
This is far from easy as it may sound,
If not left alone il just hit the ground,
I suffer from panic attacks, anxiety, depression, S.a.d and stress,
I could go on and tell you the rest.
Them problems above seem enough for me,
Which Is what I don't want my children to see.

The energy, drive and passion you had,
Has all faded away which all seems so sad,
Constantly sleeping, Tiredness, headaches, moods and long face,
Around me is just not the right place,
This can't be only happening to me and living in fear,
Speak up people for the world to hear.
