A woman is struggling to move forward from the dissolution of a previous romantic relationship. While her former partner has already found someone else, the woman remains trapped in the phase of pining, regretting, and reflecting.

There are a lot of songs out there about break-ups; admittedly, I wanted to try writing one myself, primarily focusing on the struggles of moving on for some people, how they are/can feel lost in an array of negative emotions.
