Hands Up
By Kristy
Hands up
With your cup
Celebrate
This is fate
Feeling blessed
God do the rest
At my best
Put the drama to rest
You cannot hate
Exceptional blood pressure rate
Laugh, smile have fun
Take your ass out for a run
Pool glistening
90's music, we listening
Bring the beats
Move your feet
Dance a little
Shake a little
Enjoy your time with each other
Family, friends and your lover
We live together
We love together
Whatever hurts you, it doesn't matter
We stick together, we do not scatter
Let it all go
And just know
I been where you are
I've wished to a star
Shedded numerous tears
But where's
All those memories
Stories
All in the past
The struggle never lasts
A spell they can cast
Regardless I am having a blast
All of you have caused no harm
No bruises or scratches on either arm
We live together
We love together
Whatever hurts you it doesn't matter
We stick together, we do not scatter
Let it all go
And just know
I want to say thank you
All of you
Hands up
Grab your cup
Don't need to blink
Have that drink
At any rate
Let's celebrate
We live, love and laugh
There is no half
We are all a team
Trying to live our own dream
You are a beam of light
Don't lose sight
Thank you for being a part of my life
No anger, no hate and no strife
We live together
We love together
Whatever hurts you it doesn't matter
We stick together, we do not scatter
Let it all go
And just know
