LYRIC FOR SALE

Will I be here next year for Christmas,
And Will I make it through next year.
Will I get sicker than i am right now,
Or Will I suddenly disappear..

I can't believe how many shots I have taken,
And still got up and walked away.
How could one man handle what I handled,
I so blessed to be standing here today..

I use to take life for granted,
I just brushed the fear of death away.
I use to attack life like no other,
I was so fearless in my day..

I'm waiting for the next gear to kick in,
So i can get in the race again.
Or Will I break down like always,
And not make it to the end..

Will I make it to my next birthday,
And Will I fine another gear.
Will I get fooled again by the ladies persuasions,
Another game of smoke and mirrors..

For some reason i got the book thrown at me,
The book of life from A to Z.
My last few years have been just horrible,
And i wonder what's in store for me..

Will I make it through next summer,
And Will I make it another few years.
Will I feel better than i do right now,
And Will I wash away all my fears..

I've take the worst anyone could handle,
I stood up and didn't fall.
Today i feel a whole lot better,
Than i did eight months ago..

Now i don't take life for granted,
Like i did once before.
Today I'm finally found my lost pieces,
For my old broken down car..

Today i count my blessings,
Everyday my feet touch the ground.
My spirits now are higher than ever,
I just pray nothing brings me down..

Will I be around for my golden years,
And Will I have my old car make it to the finish line.
Or Will I get sicker that ever,
And Will I be in a coma another time..

Will I be around for Easter,
And Will I make it through another year.
Will God welcome me through the pearly gates,
Or Will He, Make me Turn Around Then And There..
