Sometimes I close my and I see your face,
And I’m reminded of the magic in your smile,
So I just open them wide to try to leave no trace,
But I still find it tragic all awhile,
Why did you have to go and leave,
You left me all on my own,
Was it you just fell out of love with me,
I guess I’ll never know,
I thought that you would always be mine,
But it seems as if our love just was not true,
I thought we’d live a thousand life times,
But now it feels even more without you,
Sometimes when I sleep I dream your by my side,
But when I wake I realise you are gone,
My heart hurts more every time my mind lies,
I hope this ache I feel won’t last for long,
Sometimes when someone will call your name,
I find myself wondering where u are,
I feel the fact I’m not with you such a shame,
But I just go on my way like a wandering star,
Sometimes I see you around, here and there,
And it seems you never have a care in the world,
And knowing you don’t care is just too much to bare,
Where you ever really my girl,
I thought that you would always be mine,
But it seems as if our love just was not true,
I thought we’d live a thousand life times,
But now it feels even more without you,
Sometimes I’ll be drivin’ and I’ll hear your song,
A tear runs from my eye as the sound flows,
I feel like cryin’ but not for long,
I just wipe my cheek and carry on down the road,
Sometimes I’ll be sat around just lookin’ at the telly,
When something we use to watch comes in the screen,
I feel like I’ve gone upside down inside my belly,
But I just switch over coz it’s on I’ve already seen,
Sometimes I think about the life we had planned,
I feel a lump grow in my throat as it swells,
I just take a drink and swallow as hard as I can,
Coz’ I know I can do it all with someone else,
I now know that you will not always be mine,
And of course our love just was not true,
But it is so I’ll still live a thousand lifetimes,
Searching for someone that meant as much as you,
And when the dark has came,
And I lay my head at night,
I will always say your name,
As I pray that your alright,
But for now I put you out of my mind,
You’ve been in there far too long,
I need to break away from this bind,
That’s why I have written you this song,
So now I go on my way,
To go find me, myself and I,
