Our love started off great,
We were happy and we didn’t want to wait,
But now we’re trapped in a downward spiral,
And to be honest I just want to end it all,
Before we end up hurting more than we ever have.
You see, if I stay,
We’ll remain trapped in this maze,
We’ll keep hurting,
We’ll keep bleeding,
We’ll keep crying,
We need to find what makes us happy,
But we’ll never do that if we remain in this maze,
We’ll never be happy if I stay.
I tried to be the one you needed,

We were great for a while,
But now I find it hard to smile,
And so do you.
I don’t want to keep on hurting,

So I have to go.
