There was a time in my life when nothing seemed to go right, and nothing ever seemed to be enough. Nothing I did or wanted satisfied that need I had.
Looking back, I can see how music played a huge part in helping me rediscover God and asking him to return back into my life.
I was listening to *The Joy FM* and the song *Standing in Your Love* by Bethel came on. That song, in that moment, guided me during a very negative time in my life. Ultimately, it led me to find God again! That’s how powerful music is.
This is a new journey for me. As I write lyrics I'm filled with anticipation that I can help lead someone back. What I'm finding more and more is that I'm building and growing in my relationship with God too.
