I'm Charles Adam Steele, born on January 12, 1989 at Welch Community Hospital in Welch, WV. I was raised in Wyoming County, WV. At age 12, my father taught me how to play the guitar. He taught me some chords, and I picked up the rest on my own. Alongside that time frame, I learned the harmonica, as well as the bass. At age 15, I had left Baileysville Middle School, where I went to elementary school. Then in Fall of 2004, I started at Westside High School in Clearfork, WV, also in Wyoming County. I graduated in 2008, and also attended Wyoming County Career & Technical Center, where I learned how to work on computers and electronic components. It was then when I met other influences, that inspired me to learn audio engineering, and how to record music. My instructor, Richard Morgan helped me along the way. That's how I learned how to do the audio engineering side of it. I graduated from there in 2009 with a Technical Diploma, in Electronics Technology and Computers. In 2010, I had left the job I was working at for Dairy Queen in Pineville, and went to work security for TMK, down at the Guyandotte Energy mines in Pineville, Worked there for about 5 months then got hired on the company and was their custodian. During the course of all this time, since graduation, and getting laid off from the mines, I had written and recorded two albums that never surfaced, although I had plenty of material, I chose not to do anything with them. Those albums were 'Heartaches & Melodies', and 'Let Them Go'. Both in which I have gotten a slew of songs from to record for my newest album, 'Peace, Love, All the Above'. On September 3, 2017, I released my first album 'Love & Then Some', which contained 6 new songs, and 2 from the 'Heartaches & Melodies' project, in which the track itself appeared on there. It produced singles such as 'You're Gone', 'Make You Shine', and 'Blame It On My Heart'. A month later, on October 2, 2017, I released 'On My Knees & Pray', which was supposed to be on a Christian music album that I never completed. Following that on December 1, 2017, that's when I had started working on the new album in which I didn't have a title for yet. Between then and the following October in 2018, I had taken a
eak from recording music. On November 23, 2018, I released another new single 'Because I Have You'. A week later on November 30, 2018, I released 'Get Lost with Me' Which had a little success, then I decided to take another Break in recording music to pursue other interests. As for the
eak in the music production, I had taken a job in the car business starting Fe
Fe
uary 2, 2018 at Crossroads Chevrolet in Mt. Hope, and on April 2, 2018, Beckley Buick GMC, then on September 21, at Hyundai of Beckley, in which I'm currently employed. From December 2018 all the way up to August 2019, there was a
eak for that reason.
Charles has 3 Full Length Albums out that include: "Peace, Love, All The Above", "Simple Things", "Gets Me Goin", and a Compilation project "Love & Better Things"
