Oh how I wish for a little more time,
So I could prove to you all my worth.
Oh how the time slips away now,
And I’ve nothing left on this earth.

How broken and battered u left me,
How easily you’ve seemed to go,
From talking and laughing all day
To someone that I barely know.

I thought with time it’d get better,
But time just reveals what’s I’ve lost.
Oh how I wish for a little more time,
With the devil I’d bargain, I don’t care the cost.

I cannot not fathom not hearing your voice,
That high pitched, beautiful sound.
Everytime you’d show up I’d rejoice,
But that is behind us now.

How does one keep on going?
When those moments are fading away.
How does one go through life knowing
They’ve lost their one true soulmate?

In these hours of darkness I search for light,
But I’m simply caught in a web.
I sink and drown deeper trying to fight,
I would be better off dead.

Oh what id give for a little more time,
To show you it wasn’t a waste.
