Chorus
I want to find you ‘mongst thunder
Like lightning finds a tree
I want to carry the shape
of your head in my hands
Like a shape memory
Want to be unclear about
Exactly who did what to whom
Don’t want to know
What will happen next
I want to know why
from the shadows in your eyes,
the sound of your voice
When you say my name
Chorus
I want to wash in colours
of your joy and sorrow
I want something new but
You can visit your past,
get something to borrow
I want things to happen that
can’t be described to some-one else
Make moments into loud noise
Hang loud noises in the air
Chorus

Hi, I'm a lyricist, collaborating with musicians and keen to break into songwriting. I started song writing some time ago when I was working for a musician's trust. I worked with a friend and musician Jo Girdlestone to record these songs. We're keen to sell the songs. We'd love to hear from anyone who wants to enter the Eurovision song contest! It's not too late- deadline is November 20th 2015. I have another ten sets of lyrics available at the moment so I'm interested in hearing from any music
I have a day job as a research and development specialist in public services. I don't want to be a visible part of the performance process.
