Did you notice around Christmas time
Everyone seems to be happy
Did you notice at Christmas time
That everyone smiles at each other
And says “how are you doing?”
Did you notice that people
Want to spend more time together
And the children, oh the children
They can hardly wait for Santa Claus to come
To fill their heart's desire with the toys they want
And did you notice how generous
People are with the less fortunate around Christmas time
More than any other time of the year
And most of all – did you notice
How full the churches are around Christmas time
Because they know what the true meaning of Christmas is
That our Savior was born to us!
