Hey i'm a songwriter from Kent. I have been writing for about 26 years. I love it. I find it great way to express my emotions.
I went into a studio when I was about 19 with my first set of lyrics to get music added to them to make them come alive. I am unable to play instruments myself and was not in a band so it was the best way for me to sing them as I had a melody in my head and someone who could produce put the music together. It was a great experience.
I have always continued to write and with how technology has moved on and with AI I have made my own lyrics come alive. I set out the structure eg verse, chorus,bridge and what I want the song to sound like, if I want it to be ballad, be emotional, edgy, teen pop, acoustic then I can create the sound I want and my songs are then not just lyrics on a page they become a proper song with magic behind them.
