I used to smile, before my soul was torn, before I was completely scorned, and before I picked the pipe and got blown. I used to smile, when I had reasons to, when I gave a shit about living life anew. I used to smile about the good ol days, now I think about how to end today. I used to smile at some point in life, then I started contemplating taking my own life.
I used to be what I used to be, but today I am a man, a man that’s free. I’ve made my bed and laid in that shit, but at some point I got woken and decided to get a grip. I look at myself and where I’ve come, a lyrical success, I finally won!
I used to smile, but what the fxxx for? I don’t remember shit, I shouldn’t care anymore. I must not remember those happy days, maybe because there not real, it’s a dream about me living that way. I never fxxxing smiled that’s an absolute lie, I’ve always thought what’d it be like, but I ask myself why? I used to think that way, every damn day. Now things are different, a little better I must say. I’ll take the good that I’m feeling today. I made a change, I let the pipe go, I started a family, I began to grow. I started spitting lyrics, but not at a show. I do it for me, so I can track my own growth. I share these lyrics with anyone bro, so maybe, another soul can grow, If I can help another with my story, than why the fxxx not bro. From here on out there’s no way but up, get on the elevator and push straight to the top.

When I get to the top I’d like to be, comfortable as a father, husband, and financially. I’d like to be the guy… That can share a success story from a struggle, and that’s no lie. At the top I’ll have friends that lead me the right way, not the old motherfxxxers that lead me a stray, maybe have a homie like Omi that’ll put me under his wings, show me the ropes after he’s shown me the strings.
