Antihistamine, do a sinus clean, use a steam machine.
Does anything help with hay fever?

Take a tissue box, around the clock.
Cause nothing really seems to help with hay fever!

Try to get a grip, of post nasal drip.
Living through a medicated haze.

Don’t overplay, the nasal spray.
Only twice a day!

Can’t taste the food, can’t read a book,
I don’t mind feeling sorry for myself with hay fever.

Just sit and stair, from your office chair.
Not sick enough to take sick day with hay fever!

I’ve had enough, I’m over it.
I’ve used up all the tissues in my hemisphere.

Just sit it out, and see it through.
There’s not much you can do.
