Your broken pieces
Keep making me bleed
Every time I show you kindness
You act like you don't need it

And the blood that is spilled
Even if it's unseen and unheard
Still breaks my heart each time
Leaves my soul with another hurt

Why do you feel the need to do this?
Why do you need the dark and pain?
Why do you need to mock the good?
Why do you feel you need to gain?

For everything I give, I give freely
For everything I have, I share fully
For everything I am, I share authentically
For everything I do, I do truthfully

There's no hidden agenda
There's no trapdoor or cage
There's no contract or bondage
There's no pain or rage

It's love and light and hope
It's kindness and compassion
It's empathy and grace
It's God's mercy and plan in action

And your broken pieces
They're being transmuted and healed
They've been blessed and transformed
From dark energy to pure freedom

You can look in the mirror
You can start to see the good
There's no more need to be confused
Your soul wants to be understood

Inside you the light is dawning
God's message has broken through
Broken pieces forming a new whole
Shiny and beautiful and new

Shiny and beautiful and new

Embrace the sunshine in your life
Embrace the warmth and hope and faith
Embrace everything with childlike enthusiasm
Embrace your place in the human race

For anything is possible
Maybe you're the miracle you're waiting for
You're here for a special purpose
You have gifts that will endure

Maybe you're yet to activate them
Maybe you're afraid of your power
Maybe you're still fighting the darkness
Maybe you're taking your time to flower

Remember you're never alone
Angels are with you in your darkest hours
The universe has your back
God's mercy and grace are powerful

So, embrace the sunshine in your life
And if you're struggling with the clouds
Keep shining your light through them
Make a rainbow you can be proud of

Embrace the sunshine in your life

When you were a young boy
Your needs weren't properly met
You didn't feel safe or loved
You didn't feel seen or fully accepted

It can be totally devastating
It can be traumatic as hell
When your childhood isn't positive
When your role models lack maturity

You become bigger but not mature
You become older but not wiser
Still stuck in trauma and mental loops
Not knowing yourself or trying to heal

At some point you have to take responsibility
At some point you are solely accountable
Until you know yourself and heal your wounds
You'll keep bleeding over other people

You can't keep going through life with excuses
You can't keep blaming your parents or your past
You need to gain wisdom and enlightenment
You need to do the work to become whole

Because every man who is in the dark
Every man who doesn't know himself
Will be reactive or defensive or lost
Not understanding his own emotions

He'll continue to lie to himself and others
He'll choose obfuscation and distraction
He'll choose paths that bring no light
He'll cut himself off from being human

And all of this darkness will swirl and grow
Affect the next generation in no good ways
Then raise more men who are boys
And the cycle just repeats itself

As much as it's easy to suggest solutions
Ultimately we owe it to ourselves to try
We need to take the time and space to heal
We need to make the conscious choice to be better

Because every one of us makes a difference
It's our choice to be good or bad
And every man who remains a boy
Isn't doing justice to his soul's path

If I could make a wish for them
All men who are struggling
I'd wish for them to experience joy
And to know enlightenment and healing

To understand the importance of self-love
To embrace vulnerability as a strength
To know our legacy to the world and our children
Is in everything we're prepared to face

Let's hug our demons and our darkness
Let's hug ourselves and our children
Let's embrace all emotions across the spectrum
And know peace and happiness and hope

Every man who is in the dark

I found a heart on the beach
All alone in the sand
Beautiful and perfect
It fit perfectly in my hand

I wonder who lost it
And if they miss it now
I wonder if it was created
By the Universe's prowess

I wonder if God sent it
To remind me of His Grace
I wonder if someone left it
To forget about their aching

But all my wondering
Makes no difference in the world
For here lies this heart
Alone in my palm unfurled

And on the beach I'll place it
To leave it where it was
For the ocean to embrace it
For our Infinite Love is never lost

Heart on a beach (Our Infinite Love is never lost)

You say you're not trying to push me away
And yet your behaviour pushes me towards the door
You say that you don't need me
Yet it's oh so convenient when I help without being implored

Are you really that self-absorbed
That you don't see the warning signs?
Are you so ultra self-assured
That you think you'll get someone better in time?

I don't think you realise that
I'm one of the few who'd put up with you
All your strange behaviour
Mixed signals and little untruths

I had hoped that we'd become friends
But I guess I have my answer
I've just been wasting my time here
Being used because you're a chancer

You don't appreciate my presence
So I guess I'll teach you about my absence
You'll be wondering what the hell happened
When there's no one to deal with your lapses

And when you see me leave for good
Don't be surprised when your World crumbles
You'll no longer be under my protection
My Angel Light will be gone and you'll stumble

Don't feel sorry for yourself then
Because Karma can be a little mean
It's going to royally kick you down
Put you in your Cosmic place for real

And when you're down there in the Dirt
Or drowning in the Dark Abyss
Know this my fickle little man
That I'll be the one you'll miss

I'll be the one you'll miss

I want to live for us
To make a Life together
I want to feel your touch
Know our Souls are entwined forever

Even though it's complicated
Even though we're on opposite sides
We can make it work as one
Sharing this Journey for all Time

No more playing by the rules
No more lies and playing our roles
We'll live this relationship honestly
We'll be open and free and bold

I want to live for us
The cost apart is far too high
So take my hand and leap into the unknown
Our Love will help us fly

I want to live for us

Lying in the grass
Surrounded by tiny daisies
I feel like I'm part of this spell
Here where Nature plies Her Magic

Here where the soil is cool
And the grass is verdant
Bees are humming
And birds are cheerful

Every single atom and creation
In this magnificent life force around me moves
And expands into its own Timeline
By being still and allowing Grace

The Magic beckons us to Believe
In Fairies and Magical Beings
In God's Universe infinitely spectacular
In Knowing we are part of the Mystery

So, commune with God and His Angels
Be at One with your Higher Self
Let that Stillness inspire your Soul
Allow your Healing Journey to be deeply felt

Go out into Nature every day
Be bathed and protected by Her bountiful arms
Notice the blooms and the wildlife
Know you're exactly where you belong

Go out into Nature every day

You were my butterfly girl
I loved you from the moment I knew you existed
I loved you beyond words
The magic and the mystery

I loved you even more
The first time I saw your picture
That little creature inside me
Floating around and being precious

Oh, yes, I loved you so
And kept loving you even more
I felt you wriggle inside me
Flutter of a butterfly's wings so small

Oh, yes, I loved you from the first moment
I knew you were my special gift from God
My sweet, baby angel
Sleeping in her cot

So, this is your song
It's dedicated to you, my love
This is your song
'Cos you're the one I love

This is your song
And I know that Heaven hears me
This is your song
Always and forever dearly

You are my butterfly child
You grew up strong and proud
Beautiful and wise
Talented and wild

You are a woman now
But you'll always be my baby girl
I'll look out for you and keep on praying
For Angels to keep you safe in this world

Oh, yes, I love you so
And I'll keep loving you forever
All the days of this mortal Life
And beyond the Universe's ending

Oh, yes, I love you in every moment
You remain my special gift from Heaven
My teddy bear and sweetie pie
Filled with courage and strength

So, this is your song
It's dedicated to you, my love
This is your song
'Cos you're the one I love

This is your song
And I know that Heaven hears me
This is your song
Always and forever dearly

So, this is your song
It's dedicated to you, my love
This is your song
'Cos you're the one I love

This is your song
And I know that Heaven hears me
This is your song
Always and forever dearly
