I’ll never forget that Christmas night.
The day we first met.
The most memorable day of our lives.

The way you looked into my eyes.
Your warm on that snowing cold night.

When you cuddled in my arms,
As we sat beside the fireplace.

Those funny dances we played.
The funny anecdotes we made.

Those sweet sound of your giggles.
They still ring in my ears.

I can still remember our first kiss,
And the flavor of your strawberry chapstick.

The love, the passion, and that rush of blood.
I wish those fortunate moments
would last forever.

I still wish that night would come
back once again.

I wish Santa would come next Christmas,
And fulfill my dreams so we'll be together once again.

That Christmas night.

I still remember those mellifluous words,
that you whispered into my ears.

Those words that were elixir to,
the core of my heart.

They still ring in my ears,
Sending chills down my spine.

Like shining drops of moon,
falling from the sky.

Like a million angels singing
lullabies to a baby child.

Like the sounds of silver rivers flowing,
Singing with each drop, pouring the magic of love.

The pleasure of a young woman,
At the first touch on her bosom.

The sounds of pianos and choir bells.
The happiness of a couple when they are hitched.

The first time you laid your eyes on me.
That moment of love.
When my heart went upside down.

When you confessed your love.
And took my world for a rollercoaster ride.

To all those beautiful moments God,
blessed me with.

All those fortunate moments,
God blessed me with you.

Those mellifluous words of love

I remember that first new
Years night of our teenage years

When childish frolicking
Turns towards uncharted
passions.

How puberty kicks in,
With a rush of blood.

The night that was our first.
With some young and pretty girls.

When we guys.
Tucked ourselves.
Into our favorite jackets.

We turned the music on.
With some romantic numbers.

Eric Clapton, Bee gees,
Bryan Adams and some others.

The night below the stars
in magical alignments

We began dancing
With those beautiful Angels.

I held her swollen hips.
With my bare hands.

How she looked at me with
her seductive eyes.

Our hearts pumped
warmth and love.

That memorable night when
God showered his magical dust.

That new year’s night

That new year’s night

Everyday i await your presence.
And as night ensues i cry of loneliness.

Without you near, i cry bleeding tears.
As i live with my worst fears.

Had i expressed the words that i eschewed.
Owing to my immature and innocent heart.

If only i would reciprocate to your love.
Today our love wouldn't be just a story a fable.

But today as the sad days have parted.
I smile remembering your unforgettable ways.

You are my destiny i lost to oblivion.
But my love for you hasn't faded.

And i wait with ways decorated with plumes.
As i cry bleeding tears,
Like petals lined a marble floor.

Like petals lined on a marble floor

For a moment I thought I got,
A grip on my life.

For a moment I thought I found you.
I found love.

It was a moment of eternity.
A moment when I kissed you in my dream.

I held you in my arms,
I lost myself into you.

I fell prey to your blue eyes,
that captured my heart.

I don’t care how many love songs,
there will be before I find you,
Because you are mine, and
you always will be.

I gave you all the hints, and you did realize
The songs were all meant for you.

It is not distance that gives me despair.
I got what I wanted, it was more than just tears.

You give meaning to my life,
You always bring me a smile.

I am not so alone, though I’ll fool you,
looking as though I am.

You will always be mine,
For that moment you gave.

Still wondering, reminiscing,
Is it you I lost or is it me.
Because for a moment they all,
Look alike.

For a moment

Lost everything mine,
Simply trying to find her.

Winning her would certainly have felt good.
But as I came closer, I felt, I realized,
It was herself she was, trying so hard to find.

I thought, I could be happy to have her,
With me beside.

But there was no way, I could have her,
Other than by letting her go.

She had lost all her time, and days,
Trying to put herself together.

There was no point in having her in my life,
When she taught me, I had myself to find.

Her words sounded so profound,
Never could I have compromised on love.

And I know it may be impossible,
For me to make her mine.

The pursuit to find love, never comes to an end.
But it is certainly the right way to pursue life.

Won’t pursue her again

Push in some flattery,
When she whimpers out of misery.

Push in some flattery,
When she can’t help herself,
And make her ends meet.

They flatter her, when they can’t wipe her tears.
As she cries for all her depression,
and loneliness.

For all the appreciation, of her plight.
As they crowd around her making,
her look like the highlight.

When compliments feel like bitter sarcasm.
For all she ever wanted,
Was someone who could love her,
And keep her warm.

Push in some flattery

Staring at the endlessness
of the night sky.

I feel the moon shower her,
silver shine cosmic dust upon me.

As I hear the angels
sing in mellifluous tones,

I slowly drown into my,
oblivious slumber.

She grips me, in a fortunate
moment of serendipity.

I fall in love with her,
time and time,
over and over again.

As I walk on the dark
shadows, kissed by the
the crescent glow.

Kissed by the crescent glow
